Welcome to Picly.in. By placing an order with Picly.in, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Official Communication
All official communication, including quotations, approvals, project updates, invoices, and delivery, will be made through our official email.

2. Advance Payment
A 25% advance payment is required before work begins.
Work will commence only after the advance payment has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid before the final website or digital album is delivered or made live.
3. Photo & File Submission
Photos, videos, and other required files must be shared through one of the following methods: Google Drive (share with ddvprasad13@gmail.com), USB/Pen Drive, or WhatsApp: +91 91001 95059.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted files are complete, well-organized, and of good quality.
4. Project Timeline
The project timeline begins only after the advance payment has been received, and all required photos, videos, names, dates, and event details have been submitted.
Delivery time may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project.
5. Admin Access
Website administrator credentials, hosting credentials, FTP access, cPanel access, or backend login details will not be shared with customers.
All website administration and maintenance will be handled exclusively by the Picly.in team.
6. Future Modifications
Any future modifications, corrections, updates, design changes, or feature additions must be requested through the Picly.in team.
Customers cannot directly modify the website or digital album.
7. Additional Photos & Future Albums
Once the project has been delivered, any request to add photos, videos, or albums from future events will be treated as a new service.
Additional charges may apply depending on the number of files, storage requirements, and the work involved.
8. Project Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the customer wishes to cancel the project, the advance payment will be refunded only if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before substantial work has started.
Once work has commenced or more than 24 hours have passed, the advance payment is non-refundable.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, dates, captions, and event details; reviewing the preview carefully before providing final approval; and ensuring they have the legal right to use all submitted photos, videos, music, and other content.
10. Final Approval
A preview of the digital album will be shared for review.
Once the customer approves the final version, any further modifications may incur additional charges.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
Picly.in respects your privacy. All customer photos, videos, and personal information will be kept confidential.
Picly.in will not publish, share, distribute, or use your content for marketing, social media, or portfolio purposes without your prior permission.
12. Password Protection
Password protection can be provided upon request. Customers are responsible for keeping the password confidential.
Picly.in is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing the password with others.
13. Album Hosting & Availability
Picly.in will make every reasonable effort to keep your digital album available online.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, hosting provider issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
14. Data Backup
Picly.in will retain a backup of the submitted project files for 30 days after project delivery. After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
Customers are strongly advised to keep their own backup copies of all files.
15. Storage Duration
Your digital album will remain online according to the hosting plan or package you have purchased.
Renewal charges may apply after the hosting period expires, if applicable.
16. Domain & Subdomain
Picly.in reserves the right to change the domain name, subdomain name, website URL structure, hosting provider, or server infrastructure at any time due to technical, operational, security, branding, or business requirements.
Such changes will not affect the agreed services provided to the customer. Whenever reasonably possible, customers will be informed in advance of any major changes.
Customers are responsible for updating previously shared links if the domain or subdomain changes.
17. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Future modifications, maintenance, additional storage, additional photo uploads, or new features will be charged according to the pricing applicable at the time of the request.
18. Copyright
Customers must own or have permission to use all photos, videos, music, and other content submitted to Picly.in.
Picly.in shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
19. Limitation of Liability
Picly.in shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or service issues caused by internet service providers, hosting providers, third-party services, power failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
20. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your order and making the advance payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
21. Right to Refuse Service
Picly.in reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the customer provides illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content without authorization, violates these Terms & Conditions, or requests work that is against applicable laws or public policy.
22. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Picly.in reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply to new orders and will be made available upon request or published on our official website.
